This was the second or third toy I bought through this site and, while it's not as intense as the PulseWave, it's perfect for when you're out and about.
The PulseWave is my favorite, but I can't even stand up with it, especially when I let my boyfriend control the settings, so I recommend this one for public, and the PulseWave for when you're at home or in less crowded areas where there aren't any kids around.
The Rose Bliss Pleasure Pump is a winner too, it's currently my second favorite. It takes some practice to get it just right, especially if you've never used a pump before, but, once you do, it's even more intense than the Pulse Wave.
